Is a subsidiary the same as a branch?
No. A branch is usually a physical site; in Adm Cloud that is handled with locations. A subsidiary is a complete legal entity with its own RNC, currency, accounting and fiscal numbering. A subsidiary can have several locations.
Can I have subsidiaries in different countries and currencies?
Yes. Each subsidiary defines its country and its functional currency. At consolidation, Adm Cloud converts the currencies into a single reporting currency using the exchange rate, so you see the group unified.
Are customers, products and users shared across subsidiaries?
Customer, vendor, product and department catalogs can be shared across subsidiaries, while accounting, documents and fiscal numbering remain separate per entity. Users can be restricted to the subsidiary they belong to.
How do I get financial statements for the whole group?
You define a parent consolidation entity and hang your operating subsidiaries from it. Financial reports — balance sheet and income statement — can be generated for an individual subsidiary or consolidated for the entire parent, with currencies already converted.
What do I need to enable subsidiary management?

Who can create or configure subsidiaries?
