What is it?

Your entire payroll, from contract to payment to report

The Adm Cloud Payroll module manages your workforce's complete pay cycle: employees and contracts, salary and statutory deduction calculations, automatic accounting entries, pay stub delivery and the reports the Dominican government requires — no spreadsheets, and without ever leaving your ERP.

Automatic, accurate calculation

Earnings, overtime, AFP, SFS, ISR and statutory benefits are calculated automatically based on each employee's contract and a configurable engine of pay concepts and formulas. Fewer errors, zero manual math.

Dominican compliance

Generates the TSS self-assessment filing, the DGT-3 and DGT-4 reports for the Ministry of Labor and the DGII's IR-3 — ready to upload to each institution. Always current with the law, no surprises.

Integrated with your ERP

Every payroll run generates its journal entry, its checks or bank transfers and its pay stubs automatically. Payroll, human resources and accounting all speak the same language.

Calculation

Statutory earnings and deductions, calculated for you

Adm Cloud knows the concepts of Dominican payroll. Configure them once and every run applies the right calculations —employer contributions included— for each employee.

Earnings it calculates

  • Base salary according to the payroll type's frequency.
  • Overtime and surcharges with a configurable percentage over the base salary.
  • Christmas salary (regalía) — the 13th salary, calculated as annual earnings divided by 12.
  • Profit-sharing bonus with the legal scale: 45 days under 3 years of service and 60 days from 3 years on.
  • Vacations, commissions, bonuses and any other earnings you define.
  • Notice pay (preaviso) and severance (cesantía) at contract termination, for the final settlement calculation.

Deductions and contributions

  • AFP — pension fund (employee withholding and employer contribution).
  • SFS — family health insurance, employee and employer shares.
  • ISR — income tax withheld on salary.
  • Occupational risk insurance, Infotep and life insurance as contributions/deductions.
  • Loan installments deducted automatically each period.
  • Child support and other deductions (savings, credit union, receivables).

How it works

From setup to payment in six steps

This is how a payroll run flows through Adm Cloud.

1

Set up your company

2

Record the period's information

Capture adjustments, regular and overtime hours, leave, vacations and loans. All with their approval workflow.

3

Generate the payroll

The system calculates earnings, statutory deductions (AFP, SFS, ISR), employer contributions and each employee's net pay.

4

Review and approve

Check each employee's pay stub, compare concepts across periods and analyze the numbers with reports and pivot tables.

5

Post and pay

The journal entry is generated automatically, checks or bank transfers are issued, and pay stubs go out by email or SMS.

6

Report to the government

Generate the TSS self-assessment, the DGT-3 and DGT-4 reports and the DGII's IR-3, ready to upload.

Frequently asked questions

We answer your questions

Is it built for Dominican labor law?

Yes. The module models the concepts of Dominican payroll —AFP, SFS, ISR, Infotep, occupational risk insurance— and statutory benefits such as notice pay (preaviso), severance (cesantía), Christmas salary (regalía) and the profit-sharing bonus, plus vacation accrual under the scale set by current regulations.

Which pay frequencies does it support?

Biweekly, monthly and weekly payrolls, with special runs for the Christmas salary (regalía, the 13th salary), the 14th salary and the profit-sharing bonus. You can have several payroll types coexisting in the same company.

Does it generate the files for the TSS, the Ministry of Labor and the DGII?

Yes. It produces the TSS self-assessment (SUIR), the Ministry of Labor's DGT-3 (permanent staff) and DGT-4 (staff movement) reports, and the IR-3 return of ISR withholdings for the DGII, in the format each institution requires.

Does it integrate with accounting?

Fully. Every payroll generates its automatic journal entry using the debit and credit accounts configured on each pay concept, and validates that the accounting period is open. It also generates the corresponding checks and payments.

Does it work for staffing outsourcing companies?

Yes. Payroll billing lets you generate quotes and sales invoices for your clients from each payroll run, with payroll-by-client and billing-status reports.

Can I track hours, shifts and attendance?

Yes. Record hours individually or in batches, define shifts, work calendars and holidays, and keep an access-control (clock-in) log that feeds the hours and surcharge calculations.

Pay your payroll on time, accurately and by the book

Run your company's payroll with the peace of mind that calculations and reports are always current with Dominican law.
