What is a dynamic analysis or pivot table?
It's an interactive report that summarizes large amounts of data and lets you rearrange it on the fly. You drag variables (like customer, month or location) into the rows, columns and data areas, and the table recalculates itself. That way you generate many different reports from the same data, without requesting anything new.
Do I need to know formulas or programming?
No. Everything is done by dragging and dropping with the mouse. There are no formulas to write, no exporting to another tool, no database knowledge required. Subtotals and totals calculate automatically.
Which formats can I export the results to?
Six: Excel (.xlsx and .xls), PDF, Word (.docx), HTML and image. You can also print the view fitted to the page. Any analysis you build is ready to share or present.
Can I save the views I build?
Yes. You can save each configuration as a variant with its own name, switch between them, and the system remembers your last view for the next time you come back.
Is the data up to date?
Analyses read your operation's data through a reporting-optimized database. Each one shows its last-updated date so you know exactly which period you're looking at.
Does it respect each user's permissions?
Fully. Each analysis requires the corresponding module's privileges and respects your company and role. Also, when you work across subsidiaries with different currencies, the system asks you to select one so amounts in different currencies are never added together.
